If you offer a product or service in the event planning industry, this is a must show for you to exhibit. We are inviting all from the Tri-state area:

• Corporate, Event, and Party Planners
• Country Club Managers and their event planning committees
• Hotel, Catering, Food and Beverage Managers
• Fundraiser/Gala Directors and their planning committees

We will also invite industry associations including:

• Meeting Planners International (MPI)
• Visit Pittsburgh
• ISES
• Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce
• Pittsburgh Executive Association
• Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership
• Blacktie Pittsburgh

We have an extensive contact list from previous showcases that we will call, mail postcard invitations, and send several email blasts promoting this Showcase/Expo.

Whirl Magazine has signed up as a Marketing/Media Partner and has agreed to email their client list and feature a story about the Showcase Expo.

$575 Fee Includes: one banquet table with linens and the contact list of all the show attendees.

If you do not want to exhibit:
$450 – You can purchase the contact list of all the show attendees.
$200 – You can include your brochure in the pass-out bags.

Balance is due before August 1, 2010

Note to Exhibitors: From approximately 4:00-5:30PM there will be live small band performances on the stage at a low volume. From approximately 5:30-7:00PM, our featured bands will perform at a moderate volume level. Please specify if this is a concern when securing your space, as there are other areas at the History Center we can place your exhibit.
